Thanks for our customer choosing this high speed over wrapping machine WBG QL 480, with high speed. Our staff are cleaning and wiping the machine in all directions. And every parts are cleaned carefully.
The staff uses the forklift to place the machine into the wooden chassis where contains 4 holes.
Put the four “feet” of the machine in the corresponding hole,
and then Tighten the screws to ensure that the machine will be damaged during shipment.
The next step is to wrap the machine using the transparent film.
Touch screen is also protected.
After winding the machine, put the conveyor in.
Cover with a large plastic bag for further protection.
Wrap them with the transparent film again.
Next, tack on boards of the four sides respectively.
And finally the top board.
Everything was ready. Crates were put on trucks and taken to port.
