Automatic Bread Flow Packaging Machine is a flow wrapping machine that has many features and is great for wrapping things like breads, cakes, cookies, cakes, and other bakery items. 3 independent servo motors to ensure high quality.
Bread Packing Machine Features
① Feeding conveyor system: to feed the products by manual or automatically, it means that directly connect the packing machine with production line.
② Conveying product: machine will convey the products by pushers of the chain.
③ Film-feeding: to let the packing film run into the bag former smoothly.
④ Date printer: to print the dates information by ink wheel printer or thermal transfer printer.
⑤ Tracking mark: to track the film’s color marks by a sensor and let the machine cut the correct bag length.
⑥ Bag forming: to form the film into a bag by the bag former. It’s adjustable to fit for different product sizes.
⑦ Vertical sealing: to clamp and seal.
⑧ Cutting and sealing: to seal the end sealing and cut the bag. Can make round hole or euro hole on the package.
⑨ Nitrogen injection(optional): can connect with the nitrogen kit and inject the gas into the bag.
⑩ Output conveyor: convey the finished packages.
